i think
i missed trash day again
and i run out
and the truck disappears
and the trash is piling up
and a&e better get here soon
cuz if they want to run a special
for ‘hoarders’ on me
they better do it quick
before there is no more room
for the film crews
and i step over a pile of papers at the door
they’re letters from the sanitation committee
saying that there is too much
trash in my house
so they are sending me more
and this is the last time
i can miss the fucking trash day
before i get evicted
but at this point
if the truck pulled up and
started to take my shit
i think they would run out of room
for all of it
while i watched in my boxers from the porch
lighting sanitation letters on fire
and then letters would start
piling up on their tailgate
from the sanitation committee
of which i will be head of the board
because i am knowledgable
in this particular area
